FAQ
FAQ
Do your products and services cover overseas markets? Can they meet the equirements of international projects?

As a global supply chain service provider with operations in over 30 countries and regions, our comprehensive product range—encompassing pipes, fittings, valves, and fire-fighting equipment—has obtained ISO international quality certification and complies with multiple regional standards, including CE, UL, and SASO. These products have been successfully implemented in various international scenarios, such as infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia, commercial complexes in the Middle East, and fire renovation projects in Eastern Europe. For both regular procurement and cross-border customization, we offer an integrated solution that spans product selection, customs clearance, and logistics management.

When overseas customers customize products with special specifications, do you support alignment with international standards? What are the differences in the process?

Absolutely. For overseas customization requests, our engineering team collaborates directly with international blueprints and technical specifications to provide multi-standard compatible designs, including wall thickness conversion and pressure grade adaptation. Additionally, we provide:

- Third-party testing reports for pre-production samples

- Packaging labels compliant with the destination country's regulations

- Bilingual technical documentation and compliance certificates to ensure smooth local acceptance

How is the quality of overseas orders ensured? Can you provide local certification documents?

We enforce a global quality control system that surpasses national standards. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing, including raw material composition analysis, pressure burst tests, and salt spray corrosion resistance evaluations, accompanied by bilingual (Chinese-English) quality inspection reports. Based on project location requirements, we can furnish free certification documents for target markets, such as CE (European Union), UL (United States), and BIS (India). Furthermore, we support on-site inspections and remote video audits to ensure full transparency in the quality control process.

What is the delivery cycle and logistics plan for overseas orders?

The standard delivery cycle for overseas orders ranges from 25 to 45 working days. We offer diverse shipping options, including full container loads, less-than-container loads, and air freight express services. Our international logistics network covers major ports and airports worldwide. To facilitate swift customs clearance, we provide essential international certification documents, such as certificates of origin and commercial invoices. Leveraging our bonded warehouses in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, select Southeast Asian orders can be expedited with delivery within 7 to 10 days.

How is overseas after-sales support implemented? Does the warranty period include international shipping fees for returns and exchanges?

We deliver cross-border after-sales support through a 7x12-hour customer service model (email/WhatsApp/phone) with a guaranteed response time of two hours and a resolution proposal within 24 hours. For warranty-related quality issues, we cover basic shipping costs from Chinese ports or airports to the destination port. Additionally, we provide remote technical guidance, bilingual materials, and coordinate online support with engineers when necessary.

Can you offer customized solutions for non-standard pipe/valve sizes or fire system designs?

Absolutely. As a one-stop supplier, we specialize in customizing products to match your unique project needs:

Customizable parameters: Pipe diameter (DN15-DN2000), valve pressure rating (PN10-PN400), material (304/316 stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel);

Fire system customization: We collaborate with your engineers to design integrated systems (e.g., high-rise building fire pipelines + matching valves + sprinklers) and provide 2D/3D drawings for confirmation before production.

Sample production is available for testing prior to mass orders.

How do you package and ship the products to avoid damage during transportation?

We use industry-specific packaging and reliable logistics to protect your goods:

Packaging:

Steel pipes: Bundled with steel strips, wrapped in anti-rust film (for sea shipping) + wooden pallets;

Valves/fittings: Individual cartons (with foam padding) + wooden cases (for fragile items like glass fire sprinklers);

Fire equipment: Customized wooden crates with shock-absorbing materials (for hydrants and pumps);

We handle all export customs clearance and provide a tracking number for real-time shipment monitoring.

What payment terms do you accept for international orders?

We offer flexible and secure payment terms tailored to international trade, including options for full payment and advance payment based on cooperation scenarios:

General scenario: Full payment acceptance

For most orders (e.g., new client first cooperation, standard product orders ≤$30,000), we accept full payment before shipment. This can be done via:

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 100% full payment to our designated bank account;

PayPal/Western Union: 100% full payment for small orders (≤$5,000) or sample orders.

Specific scenarios: Advance payment available

For specific cooperation cases, we support advance payment (partial prepayment) to reduce your upfront capital pressure, including:

Long-term cooperative clients (with 2+ successful previous orders): Advance payment of 30%-50%, and the remaining balance before shipment (via T/T);

Large orders (≥$50,000) or customized product orders (e.g., non-standard fire pipelines, special-pressure valves): Advance payment of 40%-60% (to cover raw material costs), and the remaining balance after production inspection but before shipment (via T/T or L/C);

Government/engineering project orders (with official procurement contracts): Advance payment of 20%-30% (subject to contract negotiation), and the remaining balance in installments based on shipment progress.

Other secure terms

L/C (Letter of Credit): Irrevocable L/C at sight issued by a first-class bank (available for both full payment and partial advance payment, preferred for large orders ≥$50,000);

Credit terms: 30-60 days credit for long-term trusted clients (after 3+ successful orders and credit verification, applicable to regular repeat orders).

What does your "one-stop service" include beyond product supply?

Our one-stop service covers the entire project lifecycle to save your time and costs:

Pre-sales: Technical consultation (e.g., selecting the right pipe material for corrosive environments, valve type for high-temperature systems);

Supply: Integrated product bundles (e.g., fire pipeline + fittings + valves + sprinklers) with unified specifications;

After-sales: Installation guidance (video tutorials or on-site support if needed), maintenance training, and replacement of defective parts;

Documentation: Unified shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) to simplify customs clearance.

How do you ensure the quality of your steel pipes, valves, and fire equipment?

We implement a 4-step quality control (QC) process throughout production:

Incoming material inspection: Test steel plates/forgings for chemical composition and mechanical properties (e.g., tensile strength);

In-process testing: For pipes (hydrostatic pressure test), valves (leakage test at 1.5x rated pressure), fire hydrants (flow rate test);

Final inspection: Check dimensions, surface finish, and certification compliance;

Third-party audit: We accept inspections by SGS, BV, or your designated QC team before shipment.

All products come with a 12-24 month warranty (varies by product type) against manufacturing defects.
