• Space-Saving Solution for Narrow Areas: 

The pipeline layout in the underground equipment layer and exhibition hall mezzanine of the project is compact, and traditional flange connections require a lot of operation space. Our XGQT08 Grooved Reducing Tee and XGQT11S Concentric Threaded Reducer, with the advantages of "small size + quick installation", complete precise connection in the gap between walls and beam columns, saving 40% of installation space compared with traditional processes, making the pipeline arrangement standardized and concealed.

• Strict Compliance with Safety Standards: 

As a public building, the safety level of fire protection and water supply systems is directly related to public safety. Our grooved pipe fittings have obtained both UL and FM certifications. With a maximum working pressure of 2.5MPa and high temperature resistance of 200℃, they perfectly meet the "strong earthquake resistance and impact resistance" requirements of the project's fire protection system. The hot-dip galvanized coating with a thickness of more than 80μm can resist the erosion of weak corrosive media in the laboratory, ensuring the pipeline service life exceeds 50 years.

• Coordination Hub for Multiple Systems: 

The project involves three pipeline systems: domestic water supply, air-conditioning water circulation and fire sprinkler. There are great differences in medium types and pressure requirements. Through the diversion design of XGQT15S Threaded Mechanical Cross, we realize the efficient connection between the main pipeline and branch pipelines. Combined with EPDM special gaskets, it ensures zero medium cross-flow between different systems and reduces the system operation energy consumption by 15%.
