High-Performance Valve Portfolio

Fire Protection System Valves (Gate & Butterfly Valves):

· Manufactured with ductile iron body and stainless steel trim, complying with GB 5135.11. Feature a resilient, bubble-tight seal tested to 1.1 times rated pressure.

· Exterior coated with multi-layer epoxy powder coating (≥250µm) for superior corrosion protection, suitable for both indoor and outdoor valve pit installation.

HVAC & Plumbing Control Valves (Ball Valves & Balancing Valves):

· Full-port ball valves with PTFE seats for low torque and minimal pressure drop. Precision balancing valves allow for accurate system hydraulic adjustment.

· Constructed from brass or CF8 stainless steel for potable water safety and long service life.

Specialized Gas Line Valves (Bellows Seal Valves & Check Valves):

· Bellows seal globe valves provide absolute stem sealing for inert gas and auxiliary gas lines, eliminating fugitive emissions.

· Dual-plate wafer check valves prevent backflow in piping systems with minimal pressure loss and space requirements.

· Total Supply:

350+ valves, including 85 fire protection valves (DN50-DN300), 120 HVAC control valves, 45 plumbing valves, 60 specialized gas line valves, and 40 check valves.

· Performance & Efficiency:

Pressure testing on-site achieved a 100% pass rate with zero leakage. Pre-assembled valve groups reduced installation time by approximately 25%.

· Quality Assurance:

All valves certified to relevant GB standards (e.g., GB 5135 for fire protection). Materials and coatings comply with ISO 12944 C4 corrosion resistance category for marine atmospheres.
